My Inspiration Board
I have a range of childhood favorite artists--from historically famous ones like Mucha, Rackham, Beatrix Potter, and Waterhouse to lesser-known illustrators like Olive Bailey, Evelyn Kelbish, Karen Milone...Richly illustrated books are a critical part of childhood and development, even more so for creative, artistic children...Can you tell I have a love of LINE? After I did this mood board with my students...I put down the paintbrush and dived into my line work with a new focus.
